Evidence-based, play-based, family-centered — delivered by Board Certified Behavior Analysts who live and work in New Jersey.
Our New Jersey centers are designed around how children actually learn — not fluorescent-lit clinic rooms, but warm, sensory-friendly spaces where therapy happens through play, exploration, and activities your child already enjoys.
What center-based therapy looks like:
Flexible scheduling options:
Prefer therapy at home? Our in-home ABA services bring the same clinical expertise, the same Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and the same comprehensive approach directly to your house.
What in-home therapy looks like:
Coverage areas: We provide in-home ABA therapy throughout Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Essex, Hudson, Union, Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Somerset, Mercer, Burlington, and Camden counties.
Licensed speech-language pathologists work alongside our ABA team — not in a separate office down the street, but integrated into your child’s care plan from day one.
Whether your child is pre-verbal, learning to use an AAC device, or working on social communication, our SLPs coordinate directly with your child’s BCBA to build communication skills in a way that actually transfers to daily life.

We’re not a national chain dropping centers into New Jersey. We’re built for the Garden State.
New Jersey has some of the strongest special education protections in the country — and some of the most complex IEP processes. Our team knows the difference between an IEP meeting in Millburn and an IEP meeting in Newark. Different districts, different resources, different expectations.
Our social workers and BCBAs coordinate with New Jersey school districts every day. We attend IEP meetings. We collaborate with teachers and school psychologists. We help families advocate for appropriate services.
We know the New Jersey special education landscape because we work in it.
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. Aetna. AmeriHealth. United. Cigna. Medicaid (NJ FamilyCare).
Every New Jersey insurance plan has different authorization requirements, different coverage limits, different prior auth timelines. Our dedicated insurance team knows them all — and handles the paperwork so you don’t have to spend hours on hold.
From Orthodox Jewish communities in Lakewood to diverse immigrant families in Newark to suburban families in Princeton — New Jersey is one of the most culturally diverse states in the country.
Our team reflects that diversity. We provide culturally informed care that respects your family’s values, traditions, and community context.
Route 287 traffic. Parkway backups. Bridge tolls. Winter nor’easters that shut down highways for hours.
We build flexible schedules that account for New Jersey’s notorious traffic patterns. We offer in-home services when getting to the center isn’t realistic. We understand that “30 minutes away” in New Jersey can mean an hour in traffic on a bad day.
We accept most major insurance plans serving New Jersey families — and we handle the authorization process.
You focus on your child. We handle the insurance.
Most parents tell us the hardest part is making the first call. Here’s what happens once you do — no surprises, no runaround.
Call us or request an appointment online. We’ll answer your questions, verify your insurance, and schedule your child’s assessment — typically within 1-2 weeks.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) meets with you and your child (at our center or in your home) to conduct a thorough assessment and build an individualized treatment plan.
We submit all paperwork to your insurance company and handle the authorization process. Most families get approved within 2-3 weeks.
Your child starts therapy within 2-4 weeks of insurance approval — with ongoing parent training and regular progress updates from day one.
Total Timeline: Most New Jersey families go from first call to first session in 5-6 weeks.
We provide in-home services across 13 New Jersey counties: Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Essex, Hudson, Union, Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Somerset, Mercer, Burlington, and Camden.
Our centers are located in Jackson (now open), with Newark and Voorhees opening in 2026, and additional centers planned for Princeton, Clark, and Clifton.
If you’re outside our current service area, contact us — we’re expanding coverage regularly and may be able to accommodate your family sooner than you think.
Center-based therapy provides access to specialized equipment, structured peer interaction opportunities with other children, and a dedicated therapeutic environment designed specifically for learning. Many families appreciate the separation between “therapy time” and “home time.”
In-home therapy delivers the same clinical expertise in your natural environment, with the added benefit of practicing skills exactly where your child will use them — getting dressed in their own bedroom, eating meals at your kitchen table, playing in your backyard. Skills learned at home often generalize more quickly to daily routines.
Many New Jersey families use a combination approach — intensive center sessions for skill acquisition supplemented by in-home sessions for generalization and parent coaching.
We’re the only ABA provider in New Jersey partnered with RWJBarnabas Health, the state’s largest healthcare system.
That partnership gives your family three things no other New Jersey ABA provider can offer:
Yes. We accept NJ FamilyCare and work with families to maximize their benefits under New Jersey’s autism insurance mandate.
Our insurance team handles all authorization paperwork, communicates directly with Medicaid, and manages reauthorizations so you don’t have to navigate the system alone.
Most New Jersey families go from first contact to first session in 5-6 weeks.
Here’s the typical timeline:
The timeline depends primarily on insurance authorization, which typically takes 2-3 weeks once we submit paperwork. Some insurance plans authorize faster, some take longer — but our team stays on top of it so you don’t have to.
Yes. Our social workers and BCBAs regularly attend IEP meetings, coordinate with teachers and school psychologists, and help families navigate New Jersey’s special education system.
We understand that an IEP meeting in a Millburn looks different from an IEP meeting in Newark — different districts have different resources, cultures, and expectations. Our team knows the landscape and tailors our approach to your specific school district.
We’ve worked with hundreds of New Jersey school districts including public schools, charter schools, and private special education placements.
We serve children ages 18 months through 12 years across all our New Jersey services — center-based, in-home, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and diagnostic evaluations.
Absolutely. We encourage families to visit before making a decision.
Contact us to schedule a tour of our Jackson center (or the Newark/Voorhees centers once they open). We’re happy to show you our therapy spaces, introduce you to the team, and answer any questions you have.
Many families find it helpful to see where therapy would take place and meet the BCBAs and therapists in person.
Yes — parent training is built into every treatment plan, not an optional add-on.
In center-based programs: You’ll have regular parent training sessions where your child’s BCBA teaches you the same strategies they’re using in therapy so you can support skill development at home.
In in-home programs: Parent coaching happens during every session. You’re not watching from the sidelines — you’re learning alongside your child and practicing strategies in real-time with your therapist’s guidance.
Research shows that parent involvement significantly improves outcomes. We don’t just teach your child new skills — we teach you how to support those skills every day.
This is exactly why we offer comprehensive services under one roof.
If your child needs speech therapy for communication delays, we have licensed SLPs on our team. If they need occupational therapy for sensory processing or feeding challenges, we have OTs who specialize in pediatric autism. If your family needs help navigating insurance or school systems, we have social workers dedicated to that support.
And critically — all of these services are coordinated. Your child’s BCBA, SLP, OT, and social worker work together with shared goals and regular team meetings. You don’t have to manage five different providers across three different offices and explain your child’s history five different times.
One team. One care plan. One place.
Most families find that ABA therapy is fully covered by insurance with minimal or no out-of-pocket costs, thanks to New Jersey’s autism insurance mandate which requires coverage for medically necessary ABA therapy.
We accept most major insurance plans including:
Our insurance team verifies your specific benefits before services begin so you know exactly what to expect — no surprise bills months later.
Life happens. Family moves, medical issues, schedule changes — we understand.
You can pause or discontinue services at any time. If you need to take a break and return later, we’ll work with you to make that transition as smooth as possible. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Many families take planned breaks during summer travel or major life events, then resume therapy when they’re ready.
We hear this more often than you might think — and it’s a valid concern.
Not all ABA therapy is created equal. Traditional “table-based” ABA with rigid drills and forced compliance can feel robotic and disconnected from real life. That’s not what we do.
Our approach is naturalistic and play-based — we teach skills through activities your child already enjoys, in environments that feel natural (home, park, community). We focus on functional skills that actually matter for your child’s daily life, not arbitrary benchmarks that look good on paper but don’t transfer.
And critically, we involve you as a partner in every step. You’re not dropping your child off for therapy and hoping something magic happens. You’re learning the strategies, practicing them at home, and seeing how skills develop in your child’s natural routines.
If previous ABA felt like “doing something to your child,” ours should feel like “working alongside your child and family.” That’s the difference.
